    Bulking workout ideas

    I need a good bulking routine. Could you pm some good ones..? Or post them here so other members can see...

    Mainly about diet, need to sit roughly 500 calories above calorie maintence level,
    And work our ur macro intake.

    As u know u don't grow in the gym. So a few bulk routines I see around is
    Mon chest/tris
    Tue back/bis
    Wed rest
    Thur legs
    Fri shoulders
    Sat/sun - rest.

    Less time in the gym, less calories burned = more weight gained.
    Keep the diet clean and fat gain will be minimal.

    Hopefully that all makes sense, and I didn't just waste ur time.

    Yeah he's okay could be better.. He's stupid strong but gets distracted easily...

    I know exactly how u feel, I changed gyms and dropped the partner, I've just incorporated drop sets and burn sets to really "take it past failure",
    Workouts r a lot quicker on ur own.
