Arrow Changing diet from bulking to cutting?

I am currently 6'4 approx 240lbs and around high teens to 20% bf and currently bulking. Basic calculator I used said my tdee is 3700.
I am looking at doing a cut before summer and wondering what I should look at cutting back on/removing? Also wondering on how many weeks a standard cut goes for as I have never felt the need to cut until now.

    protein powder - 100cals - 35p 7c 0.5f
    5 large egg whites - 78cals - 20p 1c 0f

    Total: 757cals - 83p 78c 7.5f

    Meal2:
    400g chicken breast - 660cals - 80p 0c 1f

I think a standard cut is between 12-16 weeks depending on what your goals are.I'm new to cutting aswell and recently started on a 12week cut.You should read the stickys 0n cutting there are loads of info on the subject.Cutting isn't easy because your nutrition has to be spot on but I'm sure the more experienced member would give you the right advice.

coming off a bulk its prob best you run maintenance cals for a couple of weeks so its not a masiive reduction for your body in 1 go.

it also depends on how strict you are going to be and how you set up your diet reguarding the length of time you cut for. if you set it up correctly/well you could just do one long cut aslong as you keep from lowering your body's metabolism to far.

as Deon says, read the stickies on cutting and you can see what method is going to be best for your life style and what you think you could stick to.

any problems just post up and im sure they'll get answered.

have you used AAS on your bulk or it it just increased food?
