WTf do I really need 6000 calories to bulk?!?!

Ok I work in a warehouse and i have to walk at a dog walking/brisk pace for 8 hours. I calculated my bmr and its at 1950. I dont know if these websites are right, but it said that walking at 3 mph for 8 hours burns 2772 calories!!! my god is this true?

That would mean 2772 + 1950 + 1000 cal bulk surplus = nearly 6k calories! Is this right, I sure hope it isn't because it will suck having to eat that much!

Yes. And to that enormous load of food you need to be injecting one pint of Ten A every 15 minutes.

Well, first you need to deduct the 8hrs from the Bmr calculator as you are adding them in from elsewhere. Also 1000 extra cals to bulk? You know you'll gain a load of fat with that much extra per day!?!

Why don't you try and work out your maintenance cals. Start at 3000-3509 cals per day for a week and see if you gain or lose or stay the same. And adjust from there!

That makes excellent sense. He might have even listened if you had told him to be running ludicous amounts of Tren.

Are you saying that I dont add my bmr to the calories burned? why is that? I thought you were supposed to have your bmr and add the extra calories burned for the day, which would be 1950 + 2770 for me?

That is a good idea, I will weigh in, wait 3 weeks and see the result and adjust accordingly, thanks!

You are correct to question those web sites. IMHO they are wrong. Most calorie calculators grossly over estimate calories for activity.

You should also not take in 1000 extra calories a day.

I would go with no more than 500 extra, and that is ONLY if you are already lean enough to see your abs.

If you lose the abs, cut.

I'm a huge fan of keeping abs. I did the Perma bulker thing for years. Worthless waste of time. All I gained was so much fat I never saw any of the muscle, and I think I could have put on just as much as I did had I gotten lean first, and stayed that way.
