Thumbs down Pain in wrist (maybe in bone) while doing seated preacher curls

Sometimes when IM doing heavier weight I get like a pain anywhere from my wrist to my elbow while and after curling. Almost feels like its in the bone or something. Ive had someone tell me that it could be the way I'm holding the bar and to try a wider grip. Any of ya run in to this?

I dont know what the cause is but I know a pretty simple solution. DOnt do that exercise. Find something else that doesnt hurt.

I personally have issues with elbow pain and overhead tricep extensions so i dont do them. I use other exercises to work my tris

I have the same pain I'm not sure what it is and had never felt it before while doing preacher curls I just ignore it and do them any way probably not the best advice but you're not alone with the pain I feel it too
