    Overtraining..?

    Ok guys first off I have low T from a cycle crash... fml! Anyways my knee is killing me and is no longer able to handle any form of squats, not even 135! I feel tired and like crap to (no motivation to workout). I weigh 180 and eat 3600 calories a day (clean calories), so I dont think its cause I do not eat enough. Anyways is this from over training or cause my hormones crashed? Anyways any advice would be appreciated!

    have you got bloodwork?

    what is your routine split for the week?

    when is the last time you took a week or two off?

    Yes I had blood work done, I had a test level of 101 (steroid crash). I do a 4 day split, but when I was on I did a 5 day split. I work each muscle once a week! Last time I took a week off............. yeah its been that long! Im guessing I am due for a week or two off!

    yeah some time off is needed, im guessing your CNS will thank you for it lol

    how long were you off when you got the bw and how much time has elapsed since the bw?

    did you not run a pct? (post cycle therapy)

    I took tren E, test E, and anavar. I got bloodwork done about 3 weeks ago, and the cycle ended at the end of July. Oh, I also did not run a pct... (I am the biggest retard). I am now fixing my body with 1500 iu of hcg eod for one week then starting novla/clomid. I finished the hcg last week and do have some energy back, but my body just is aching... How long should I take the breather for you think? 1-2 weeks?

    yes week or 10 days, just keep diet decent

    be sure to get bw redone 4-6 weeks post pct

    i reckon its mainly the low test, your already losing lbm from shitty test levels and guranteed to lose more due to this so dont be worried about about losing from mising a couple weeks in gym

    well look at the positive side, your learned a valuable lesson, pct is imperative
