Ok guys first off I have low T from a cycle crash... fml! Anyways my knee is killing me and is no longer able to handle any form of squats, not even 135! I feel tired and like crap to (no motivation to workout). I weigh 180 and eat 3600 calories a day (clean calories), so I dont think its cause I do not eat enough. Anyways is this from over training or cause my hormones crashed? Anyways any advice would be appreciated!
