I have seen several people advise others to "Keep your diet clean...." while cycling. Could someone please offer a good definition of a "Clean Diet"?
Thanks

In a nut shell, no simple carbs (or only first thing in the morning and before your workout, and maybe after depending on your view on insulin spiking - personally I preffere complex carbs after my workout and I try not to eat fruit or sugary things while im cutting) and minimal fat. You need a bit of healthy fat, fish, nuts, peanut butter, flaxseed, ect. Bud cut out anything from fastfood places, anything that's fried, animal fat, ect.
If you are going to 'eat a clean diet' you may wana think about setting up a diet plan to help achieve your goals, especially being on a cycle cos a good diet will work alongside the AAS and boost the results.
Read the stickies above. Work out your tdee using a calculation of 15x lean body mass (in lbs).
From there it depends on your goals as to what macro split you use.
Other than being 52 what are your stats?
Height
Weight
Bodyfat
Cycle history/plan
