17 % bf
Working out 2 years ago. Just dropped 28 lb this year.
Want to start my first cycle, it would be test only 500mg/weekly not sure to stack var. I'm thinking to start next month want to drop my bf% at least to 15%. I'll be taking L-dex as needed, plan to run it for 12 weeks.
Do I need PCT? And is this good for my first cycle ?
