    very low e2 help

Hello, I have a question that I hope someone can help me with. I am looking for advice or suggestions on how to safely raise my estrogen levels to a normal level. I over used estrogen blockers like aromasin and arimidex and pushed my e2 levels to 8. Needless to say I haven't been feeling all that great with the joint pain and lack of mood and libido. By the way, I waited 2 months after pct and not having taken any estrogen blockers or anything else of the sort and my levels were still this low from a recent blood test (e2 sensitive).

I have hcg on hand and was wondering if I could somehow take a course of it to help even things out. All other hormones came up nicely on my blood test, including a high testosterone level. Would appreciate any input and happy to include any other relevant information, thanks.

Are you on cycle right now?

No, I have been off cycle for 2 months and my estrogen is devastatingly low and I can feel it. My doctor is incompetent and refuses to help. Are there any alternatives? Seeing as how my estrogen is as low as 8 after being off anti estrogens for a couple of months, I don't have much hope that it will return any time soon

Is there any way you can get him to get you some andro gel 1.62%. Will raise your test and e2 and fix you right up.
Use the hcg 250iu twice a week to keep from atrophy.

I dont think my doctor would go for that unforunately . Thanks for the suggestion though. You wouldn't recommend a quick run of hcg alone to boost e2? I have heard it increases estrogen quite well.

Repost this exact same post in this forum. They will know what to do, I don't have a bullet proof plan for you but they will.
