Love to see the article reading that he has NO charges. I can only hope that his refusal to prosecute HER was some type of deal to secure his job! This guy was a 22 year transit veteran & only now goes off & does appear more of "handling the situation". I hope this thread gives up details on his job status. Sounds like the transit system was sweating this.......
