Meal 1:
Protein shake (w/ bananna and glutamine)
Meal 2:
Tuna sandwich (1 full can) and mustard
WORKOUT
Meal 3:
Chicken salad w/ little fat free dressing and cucumbers
Meal 4:
Dinner with 1 peice of bread, fish or chicken and veggies
Meal 5:
A few eggs or turkey meat before bed
As I worked this out its roughly 2500 cals.
Ive been running this for a month with little response.
now I do a hard weight lift rutine (5x a week, 1 body group for 45mins-1hr)
not cutting down as fast as I figured it would go and Im not doing this perfect, I know. But I was told that cardio drive on this would put my cal intake to low and make it worse (IE loss of muscle mass)
Any Ideas?![]()
