What vegetables do you guys eat?

Which ones do you eat and which ones are the most beneficial for the body?

I do broccoli mainly just due to the low calorie content and high fibre content.

There's no veg to avoid really. Peas and carrots are higher in sugar and I usually don't eat these when cutting but a larger array of veggies will give you a much fuller spectrum of vitamins and minerals.

Some days I love my veggies and some days they are a chore. On the days I struggle with them I just blend them into a soup.

Broccoli, green beans, broccolini, brussels sprouts, asparagus, peas, baby spinach, romaine or green leaf lettuce. Some of my preferences.

heres a great veggie idea for u i eat 2x per day and LOVE!

fresh preferably (or frozen) green beans (500g). boil em for 5 mins. in a separate frying pan take 1tbsp EVOO + a few cloves of garlic sliced thin and fry the garlic til it turns golden brown. add green beans to garlis oil mixture and sautee for about 2 mins stirring constantly to let the oil cover all the beans. add salt and pepper.

    enjoy! (i love this stuff!)

Mushrooms too, but that doesn't really count like broccoli.

I do eat other veggies too, little bit of carrots, corn and other random shit like bell peppers in my stir fry.

I like fresh green veggie juice with a little lemon. That is the best drink ever.

All of them except hominy. Hate them. I typically eat a salad and green beans ED. Mix the other stuff in whenever.

What is hominy exactly? I saw some at the grocery store the other day and it just looked like canned corn.

Broccoli, spinach, romaine lettuce, and asparagus are the only vegetables I eat. I love them each so much!
