Yes, about 30%. Probably higher than you expected but a lot of people under estimate their bf composition so don't feel bad. At least now you're aware and can do something about it!![]()

Yeah no worries about being harsh! It's the truth. Just means I need to work that much harder on my nutrition and implement more cardio... I've already cut my daily calorie limit.

Here are the other shots you wanted. Les are nothing special. Solid and thick with no definition. My backs not flexed in the pic because it took some awkward positioning to get the shot. I don't think my back looks that awful?
Also- I moved to a cut diet today. Around 2300 calories with 30 minutes of cardio. Realized it's easier to eat less- the trick is keeping your protein up. I'm making egg whites as I type.
And I've taken your guys advice and am focusing more on cutting. Sitting around 2400 calories today, although not as clean I would like to. I just made egg whites to up my protein intake for the day.

I too would estimate 28-30%. Bump that cardio up to 50 minutes minimum. Eat like a champion and watch that % fall
