OK. So here's a new one. Just started to throw stuff in, here it goes!
15 - 20 stocks asparagus
1/4 Onion
2 stocks Celery
Puree this in your blender.
Then pour into a soup pot. Add:
Chopped Peppers
couple mushrooms
spices of your choice, fresh ground pepper is nice as well.
sweet pepper.
Here goes your <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a>:
you can either add
Talapia
Basa
Chopped egg white
Tonite I added Crab, really nice taste!
Simmer all this at very low temp. just to warm up. If you want to add the fish, cook in the broiler before, then just throw in the soup after. Also a nice added touch, just lightly pour some balsamic vinegar over top just before serving.
So in the end probably approx. 50g Veg, carb. no starchy carbs, and with the crab; approx 20g <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a>, but you can add more according to what you need. "0.5g FAT" (with the crab)
