Week number 4 coming up, Test C - 600mg/week, Arimidex - .5mg EOD. PCT is Clomid and Nolvadex 100/100/50/50 and 40/40/20/20.

I train Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday I hit chest again. Cardio 3x per week at 55-65% relative heart rate (40 mins).
First pin was Sept. 24, I am up 10lbs and body fat % is the same or a tad less (calipers are hard to read!). Obviously I can't be dissapointed with the weight increase but where is it?! I look thicker maybe, but not as muscular as I would have thought at 10lbs heavier. My strength is gradually increasing but nothing to brag about. It is workin..be patient!
I hear about the "kick" that comes about 4 weeks in, what exactly is that and what is to be expected? It is usually seen in the labido and energy and obviously strenght increase
I have used Test, Tren, Winny in the past (4 years ago was the last), but I was so uneducated and such a fly by night that the only real results I had was a good weight gain, high liver enzymes, high cholesteral, and gyno (twice) lol.
