its probably just water weight that you have lost, its usualy the first to go...

Most likely it's water you are losing. For some reason, people don't listen when we tell them that a lot of gains are water based unless supported by proper nutrition. Sounds like your are consuming the right range of calories, but unless your cycle involved a stack using gear for leaner/drier gains, a lot of weight initially is water so it's not uncommon to see some loss of weight.

Body building is a long term commitment, not something where you run one cycle of juice and look like Phil Heaths or Jay Cutler in 12 weeks. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you're not that naive but the point is still worth stating.

You might want to run your nutrition plan past the experts in the nutrition section and ask about calories and macros during a maintenance (post-cycle) period so you can minimize weight loss.

Yes. I know. I've been through the gains and losses more than once. It IS frustrating. That's why we say this is a long term commitment. Stick to the nutrition plan and keep lifting. The gains will come but real lean muscle takes a lot of time to build.

No problem. That's why we're here!

Eat, lift, sleep, repeat. In time it will come and if its the right decision for you, you can cycle again in the future for further gains.

    Best,
