Finally decided to sign up on here instead of lurking around.
Little background on me. For the longest time I was not eating correctly (or even eating) thinking that was the best way to lose weight. I took fat burners and ate vegetables/fruit all day while doing p90x. That got me no where as I never lost a pound and was always tired. I started dating a guy (who is on this board) who is VERY into proper nutrition, dieting and training. I was interested but thought weights + a girl would mean I'd be big and bulky. After talking to him about it, he got me on a strict meal plan while doing p90x. Within weeks I already saw a change and I just wanted to keep going. After about 2 months of being on the meal plan and doing p90x he told me if I wanted to take it to the next level I'd have to join a gym. He told me to trust him that I wouldn't be "big and bulky" like a guy and that I would lift just like him, give or take a few lbs. on the barI took the plunge and decided to give it a try, I was hooked! I have been lifting and dieting for a good amount of time. He taught me form before anything and said the weight would come later.
Stats:

138lbs (started at 135lbs and got down to 128lbs)
~15% BF (started at 22-25%)
Flat bench: 115lb
Squats (parallel to floor): 145lb
Deadlift: 135lb
Main reason why I am here is because I am on week 10 of taking anavar. How I ran it:
Week 1 2.5mg ED
Week 2 5mg ED
Week 3-4 10mg ED
Week 5-9 15mg ED
Week 10 10mg ED
Week 11 5mg ED
Week 12 2.5mg ED
I have read a lot of threads that I don't need to PCT like a guy and then I read some where they suggest I should due to estrogen rebound. I am just trying to get a better understanding from people who have actually had experience with it.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!
