    New

    Hey guys my name is John, really need some help just jumping into my first cycle and need as much guidance as y'all can offer me. Right now I just started test e and drol50. Running the test at 250 mg x2 a week and the 50 drol x1 a da. Thinking about throwing in deca or Tren at the end of the week when I get paid just need some advice PLZ!!

    Well regardless of ^^^^^(only thing that concerns me there is your age)........Stick with the Test 500mgs/weekly...Would have suggested you just running that alone. Your second cycle running the Anadrol...As for the Deca and Tren, complete overkill. Bro, do not underestimate Test, biggest bang for the buck. We would probably not beable to talk you out of the Anadrol so in that case stick with it at that dose and run it for no longer than 4 weeks. I personally would run that water bloating hepatoxic stuff period. Look at this game as a ride not a roller coaster. Better off sticking with compounds that arent going to tax your liver kidneys etc.

    I wouldn't touch Adrol if given to me...believed to be one of the most toxic orals available. Nope..I like my liver (cldn't tell Sat. night but I really do lol)

    Do you have any plans for PCT? I would run just a simple test cycle for a first run, do a good PCT, and then decide, what was good, bad and what you learned from this. I ran a simple cycle and read this forum (still doing it) for hours a day to make sure I got it right, I have enough shit going on to F this up, it is my health, its something I didnt want to mess with.

    Welcome to the board Johnny......

    As others have stated i would stick with the test for now, in another week or two your going to start packing on some serious weight once that test really kicks in....

    Save the deca and tren for another day, if you over do it now you leave little room to add new compounds late......
    Do not ask me for a source check.

    I agree with Matt plus being your 1st time you want to do it right.So stop by the diet section and post your diet.Beacuse there is nothing worst than losing your hard earned gains over not eating right.

    22 years old 178 pounds 6'1" and my body fat percentage is around 13, as far as cycle history the only thing I have ever really taken is, prohormones, ran one cycle and I didn't know weather to cry or lift weights lol it sucked. I would love as much advise as possible

    What have you got planned for PCT? I suggest tamoxifen and clomid. Also if you could get your hands on some HCG that would help and we can help you with dosages etc if you are unsure.

    I need to get pct in order, and is it okay if I stop taking the drol? Only dosed once. Even if I took it without another compound in place to take over after the drol I would potentially loose 60% of the gains I made off of it correct? Plz help with pct I know about nolvadex and clinics that's about it haven't done all the research I need to but I am putting every min away from work and the gym into it.

    Your only pinning twice a week, are you running test-e? If so, you would PCT 14 days after last injection..

    Tes Johnny, PCT start time is determined by the half life of the compound used. In the case of Test E as you stated you are using, one would begin their PCT 14 days after the last injection.

    By the way I hope you tossed the Adrol, please tell me yes????

    I didn't toss it I discontinued the use of it though. My first shot was yesterday, first intramuscular ever. Kinda sore, normal?

    Just didn't take it today, I really wanna run it though. The sides supposedly suck anyways. I am gonna listen to y'all, maybe just run two or three compounds next cycle.

    As Lunk said PCT starts 14 days after last shot. For PCT you will need nolva and clomid. If you are unsure of where to get it, you can click the ar-r banner at the top and order liquid tamox (nolva) and clomid. Tamox should be dosed at 40/40/20/20/20 and clomid at 50/50/25/25/25.

    If you've only done one dose of drol you can stop and no PCT needed. I would recommend perhaps waiting a couple more years before you begin cycling to make sure your endocrine system is fully developed or you may risk permanent damage.

    But if your gonna do it regardless. The safe way is above like we have suggested. Test E only with PCT listed above. Also only add one compound per cycle so you know how your body reacts to the new compound. If you add too many at once, if you get sides you won't know which one it's from.

    I understand the sides, I have a good diet I know what I am doing in the gym i train with a body builder, and I have made natural gains several times for a while bulking/cutting ect. I am keeping my routines ********** and supplement properly. There are positively areas I can do better in and progress but my body is not advancing like I believe it should I have hit a "plateau". I am 178 benching 240 and squatting 360 curl the 55's, I am just not putting the size on. It might be because of my job I cannot always stop and eat during my ten hour shifts but I also don't make enough with my supplement business to devote my LIFE to this which is where I want to be.
