Hello all
I have been on therapy for over a year. I have had great experience with it doing 150mg twice a week. I have seemed to have plateau d at where I am at. Yes the diet could be better but I am 6'2 230 43yrs and about 19%bf. I am wanting more mass so he said jump up to 200 twice a week of my cip and he is prescribing deca at the same amount for 10 wks. He also gave me hcg to do daily with it. Workout is3/1 split with 30 to 45 min daily cardio
So what are y'all's thought on doing this and is there anything I should add
