You can buy it in supermarkets in the UK. My least favourite type of liver. Go for lambs or calves liver, nicer taste. High in protein, low in fat and cheap as chips!

when i raised rabbits, i absolutely loved rabbit liver. very mild, almost sweet.

i sometimes use lambs liver, couldnt eat it all the time but every now n then its a nice change. just a bit dry without gravy and mash poatato and yorkshire puddings and stuffing. haha
