Ok. So I am looking to burn alt more fat than I have been. I work out roughly 4-5 times a week. I usually do the following:
10min warmup on treadmill
30mins lifting
45mins cardio.
I was thinking about doing cardio in the morning or at lunc along with my regular routine. Is this a good idea or should I just keep doing what I am and possibly just put more time into what I'm currently doing. I'm not looking to bulk up, I'm looking to cut alot of fat.
