6'2" and 185 lbs is a bit on the lighter side. You might actually be leaner than 12%.
There are far too many compounds in your proposal for a 1st cycle. Certainly ditch the EQ. A first cycle should consist of Test only. And to be honest, I would wait a while until you can pack on another 10 lbs or so naturally.
400g of protein is excessive. Personally I would start in the nutrition section to get diet evaluated by the pros, then I would read the educational threads relating to first cycles.

Thanks for the tips, but why do you think I should drop the EQ? Is it just because its my first cycle or because of something else?
You may be right about how lean I am....I'm a bit on the "skinny wimp" side right now, only been lifting again for 6 months since my hands have healed.
I'm going to go read a bit more about nutrition now...thanks for the warm welcome.
The reason to drop the EQ is:
1)It is for the most part a one trick pony. It's only true benifit is making ppl hungry that have a hard time wanting to eat.
2)A first cycle should ALWAYS be Test only to help in determining where side affect are coming from.
Because of this^^^^^ you really should consider dropping all of the compounds you have listed and concentrate on a Test only cycle that is 500mg per week vs the 750 you are suggesting.
As Austin mentioned you would serve yourself best by working on nutrition and building a solid base to work with before considering AAS usage at all! Good luck man!

First Cycle Protocol
Test E or C for 12 weeks at 500mg per week. The 500mg is split between 2 shots that are 3.5 days apart, so Monday morning and Thursday evening for example.

You want to run and AI from day 1 of your cycle to control estrogen levels. You can use Arimidex or Aromasin to do so.

Proper PCT is needed to return your natural testosterone levels back to normal. This will involve the use of Clomid, which is up for debate with Atomini, Nolvadex, and Torem depending on which you decide on.

HCG can be incorporated into your cycle and how to do so is debatable also. Most vets recommend 250 IU every 3.5 days starting in the second week up until the start of your PCT.

hcg is injected subQ with slin pins, 29g or 30g according to personal preference and comfort. no big difference.
if you're on a bulk cycle, you probably dont have to be too frightened of carbs.

Any workout is better than nothing. Last 4 years i have had a spinal fracture, multiple leg fractures, 3 hernia ops and trained through the lot. Now I am getting back my squat and it hurts like hell cos there are all broken screws in my leg bones!
Bottom line is I was told I could never lift again! Doctors know so little and do nothing, just give bad advice. I was so lucky my 76 year old doctor told me to ignore them and just train. Age 57 and now deadlift 270 kgs. Squat is down to 180 but will go back, and I bench 145 kgs raw!
Doing nothing is dumb, trying is smart! Our body is amazing and it gets better, I would also just do the test alone first time. I do not use EQ, it gives me nothing. Its your body, see how it reacts to each compound! Take time and good luck, John
I'm curious about your back injury, what exactly happened? I have a couple herniations in my spine and I've been able to move past them and they have yet to be an issue with my shoulders, deadlifts and squats yes but not shoulders.
