First let's get some more stats from you so that we may better assist you.
What is your body fat percentage?
Is this your first cycle? If not, what have you cycled in the past and how long ago?
How long have you been training?
Lastly, what are you trying to accomplish from this cycle?
BF 9.2%
2nd cycle, 1st was a year ago (10 wks only, had to stop due to "other" reasons)
Training for almost 4 years
Goal: Increase (lean) muscle mass, get to 195lbs at ~5%
Religiously follow a custom tailored meal plan (7 meals plus post work out shake - [waxy maize and 15 minutes later whey isolate]).
Train 6 out of an 8 day cycle, 30 minutes cardio (almost) daily.

Well you gotta overlap the E and P by at least two weeks.
Just start the Test E on week 1 imho.
Might be better if you pick either EQ or Tren
EQ must be run >600mg/wk to get decent results
Test E too low, Test P too high
You have too many things going on for your goals. I recommend two short esters.
Wks 1-10 Test prop 50mg eod
Wks 1-10 Ten A 100mg eod
AI and hCG on cycle
Standard PCT.
Proper diet and your golden.
You could even shorten this to 8 wks if you like. Get you back on another cycle sooner if that's your goal for later down the road.
This cycle imop is a mess.You are taking to many compounds.Post us a pick plz and getting to 5% bf is going to be hard.Do short or long ester pick one.Trash the Eq beacuse its worthless.Good luck.
