Is this gyno? (People who had gyno before)

I'll try and describe it for you. the reason its "iffy" is because I think its just puffy nips from prolactin.

When I pinch my nips i kinda feel a soft tissue under them but its not at all a rubber ball like object. I don't feel it if i poke it (not pinching). Also its attached to my chest. Is gyno something that forms under the nipple that you can actually pinch off and it stays attached to the nipple?

This feels very weird to describe but bare with me.

Also, if i flick my nipples or they get cold, they get tiny and retract back and you can't even tell my nipples were ever puffy

    pls respond

just started my test cycle with a-dex/nolva on hand but I need to know if I should bother getting letro

Sounds like you do have gyno tissue! It's amazing how many people have it from puberty, or do you believe it to be from your current cycle? You shouldn't need letrozole, nolvadex and adex should suffice. Just make sure you are dosing your AI properly. How much testosterone are you running and what amount of adex?

500 mg test e /wk, .25 adex eod, and this is my first cycle, i've guess i've had slight gyno from puberty

what adex and nolva dosage would you reccomend, and can i do it without nolva? i'm saving that for pct

Keep it at that dose for the adex. If gyno flares up, bump the adex 0.5mg EOD and run the nolva!

It will feel like a soft "bb", you will know if something new "pops up". So there is no need to be paranoid and touch your nipples all the time, just be cautious of it.

PM me if you have any questions or start a new thread. Good luck with your cycle! I hope you have drawn up your diet in the nutrition section as well, if not, do so!!

Adex works fine, no need to get letro as well. Stick with one, adex/letro/masin all work for the same purpose.

well, thanks man. however, i'm looking to get rid of it. I fear if i ever get diced, it'll be very noticable. if this was pubertal gyno, should i try and reverse it or wait and see if it goes away by itself?

also i got confused b/c everyone describes gyno like a little ball but mine just feels like tissue which i thought was just prolaction induced gyno which added breast tissue.

Try tackling it during with standard PCT protocol. If you have had it since puberty it won't go away, unless by a surgeon's blade.
