deca/test cycle dosage and gyno

hi guys, i'm new to this forum, just wanted to clarify a few things and get some opinions.

i will be commencing my third cycle in a week. its my first time doing deca and test e, and i was wondering what dosage i should be taking throughout as a general indication. I'm looking to go for 12 weeks.

The stuff is by Gen Pharma- deca 200 and test 250.

furthermore, I got gyno in my last tren and prop cycle, i used arimidex soon as I started getting it, at .5mg EOD. i ran chlomid and nolvadex for my PCT . however, i still have a bit of gyno now 6 months down the track.

how should I implement arimidex through the duration of this cycle which I'm about to commence? and if so, is there a way of reducing the gyno i currently have, and trying to stop getting any further gyno on this cycle?

Good example of why you shouldn't wait till things go bad before implementing a ai... you should of used something stronger to try and reverse some of the gyno like letro... id say this time around start you ai when you start your cycle not when your gyno starts cause once its there there the only way to get rid of it is surgery... good luck on cycle

At what dose did you run your other cycles? Id say first time deca and third cycle with 300-400mg deca a week and 500mg test should be good with your ai and possibly some hcg

cheers for the info man, yeah i know stupid of me. im looking to do 400 deca and 500 test. what dose of Arimidex should i run from the beginning to prevent gyno?

also when commencing, should i work my way up to those doses or start from those straight off the bat then taper down towards the end? sorry for the dumb questions

Take a look in the pct section.There are some good reads on gyno and how to treat it.

You could run .25 -.50 eod from the beginning depending on how u react to it.. od statt with .25 and adjust from there.. as for tapering that's a thing of the past id just do the same dosing from start to finish unless its a bridge or blast and cruise

Other than bloodwork, what reactions are we looking for if Im taking too much or not enough? I guess my question is how do I know if I need .25 or .5 eod?

Not enough you'll can get a lot of bloating, itchy nips, which could lead to gyno ect. it depends on the individual and with to much of the ai your estro could crash and you can have sides like low libido, lathargic ect ect dependeing on the individual... everyones body reacts different under different circumstances.. bloodwork is obviously the only real way to tell how high or low your levels are but those are some common sides that people get and tell tale signs to look out for... id start with .25 eod and take it from there... do some research on high and low estrogen to find more detailed info on sides ect. the worse of the sides have no signs and are internal but without blood work there's no telling your exact levels.... it obviously depends on the amount of gear being used as well... (if your takng 500mg test compared to 1gram of test obviously the ai will have to get stepped up as well

I'm on 100mg/ wk Test. Cyp for TRT (46yrs old, 175lbs, 18% bf), no AI w/ TRT and have tender nipples at that dosage, Sensitive E test was OK, and blood serum test was up to 1167 at that dosage. I think Im just sensitive to extra test. in my system. I dropped back to 80mg. / wk and nipples less sensitive and almost normal. So, Im wondering if when I start a cycle (12 weeks test cyp 500mg/ wk, bf will be down to 15%,) how to know how much AI to dose at so no gyno. Guess Ill start w/ .25 eod and see how it goes.

Cheers! Thanks for the assistance guys I really appreciate it! Does anyone know what daily dose of vitamin b6 I should be taking throughout my cycle as a preventative measure to gyno also?
