    BUTTERYGOODNESS Bulking Classic Log

THe bulking classic here on this forum begins on November first in which I will be participating (an dominating lol). So I figured that I might as well post a log up for everyone to track my progress and give their own input, advice, criticism and tips if they'd like to. I'll make another post here shortly in which I'll post my diet and macros. I'd like to ad that I have already been bulking the past three weeks. If I fail to post any information that any one deems vital please feel free to let me know and I will post it ASAP. So here goes...

    Stats
    Age- 20
    Height- 5' 10.5"
Weight- 227.34 (doc scale 2 days ago)
Bf percent- 13-14 percent guesstimated by members in picture forum at around 222 pounds Plan to do bod pod at earliest convenience
Training exp- almost five years. About three ears actually knowing something.
    Cycle exp- none

I'm currently trying the slingshot method of training and dieting ( as stated before no cycle use so omit the cycling part of the slingshot method)

    Current split
    Monday- legs
    Tuesday- off
    Wednesday- chest, abs
    Thursday- back, calves
    Friday- rest
    Saturday- delts, traps
    Sunday- arms

Diet with macros to be posted ASAP...

First pics posted will be at the start of the bulking classic for my entry pics and following pics will be posted in intervals that I have yet to determine.

    Thanks to everyone in advance!!!!!!

Sweet. Very admirable for those guys bulking natty! ;-)

Will be looking for more ppl to log their experience during the comp. Prime example for us newbies to learn how to successfully bulk!

Ok here is my diet, bare with me because this is the first time I've actually tracked my macros. Normally I just adjust my portions. I'll be doing something similar to this the first couple sleeked until I get my work promotion finalized in order to upkeep on food. Here goes, and feel free to critique any an every part of my log in anyway. Odds seem against me with my 'supplemented' opponents lol but I'm confident I can still kick some ass, prison rape style, lmao, maybe I shouldn't have said it that way...

    MEAL 1

    One cup of blueberries
    50g whey isolate
One cup of brown rice cooked
    1 tbs almond butter

    CAL- 705
    CARB-73
    PRO-59
    FAT-16

I switch the isolate variable with 10 oz of lean red meat (raw measurement, all meats measured raw) 4 days a week the different macros for that first meal are...
    CAL-1170
    CARB-73
    PRO-93
    FAT-38

    MEAL 2

    10 oz lean red meat
    10 oz sweet potato
    Spinach salad
    1 tbs
    Digestive enzymes

    CAL-1196
    CARB-72
    PRO-93
    FAT-41

    MEAL 3

    10 oz chicken
    1.25 cup brown rice
    1c broccoli
    1 tbs almond butter

    CAL-872
    CARB-70
    PRO-94
    FAT-24

    MEAL 4
    10 oz lean red meat
    1.5 c brown rice
    1tbs almond butter
    Digestive enzymes

    CAL-1196
    CARB-75
    PRO-94
    FAT-41

    MEAL 5

    Same as MEAL 3

    MEAL 6

    10 oz chicken breast
    .5 c brown rice

    CAL-529
    CARB-23
    PRO-81
    FAT-9

    MEAL 7

    10 large egg whites

    CAL-210
    CARB-0
    PRO-50
    FAT-0

    -------------------
    TOTAL MACROS
    CAL-5580
    CARB-383
    PRO-544
    FAT-155

    Steak in first meal variable

    CAL- +465
    CARB- same

Rest day today. My split is a bit off the scheduled days but still consistent. Just cooked the next few days worth of chicken. About 9 pounds worth.

That's why I hunt. Helps a heap with protein cost.

This is where a sam's club membership comes in handy if you have one near by. 1.79/lb for chicken breast and 10lbs of oats for 9 bucks. Not fun to eat it 5+ times per day but in a pinch it's all you really need.

Cape- I love hunting but can't do so much now that I have my own home because I don't have my dads deep freeZer to store my shit.

Dplye- oh I feel ya, I have a membership it's just that I rly have no excess money at all... It's depressing. I even ran completely out of whey powder today as well. So no protein source available at all right now. Just carbs and fats... It's stressing me out insanely as well which makes me feel like cortisol is making me catabolic on top of the non existent protein in my system which makes me freak even more!!!! UGH!!!!!
