I am running a 10 week 300mg Test E only cycle and wondering what dose you guys would recommend for my PCT. I plan on running a clomid/nolva PCT just not quite sure on the amount.

Why are you running only 10wks at 300mgs?
Minimum is 400mg a week for decent gains, 300 is more for like supporting other compounds. PCT starts 14 days after last pin. Clomid 100mg first day and then 50/50/50/50, if you do Nolva do 40/20/20/20.
Standard PCT.
Even though its a fairly mild dose, its still 4-5 times the amount of endogenous test produced naturally. So, your HPTA is shut down and requires a restart.
clomid 75/50/50/50
nolva 40/40/20/20

I know it is a low dose, I am on the start of my 3rd week and I am seeing exactly what I was in hope of. I already have what I need for a second cycle, but with advice from my new trainer (competitive bodybuilder) this is what he suggested to me. I have never wanted to be be HUGE or in a rush to get there, but it is helping me put on weight which no matter what my diet has been it has proven to be an issue.

OP, either PCT is fine to use. In fact, I like AR's suggestion of front loading the clomid for one day, then retuning to half.![]()
No your cool Mickey! I just figured with both Clomid and Nolva working together that it would not be needed to go any higher with the dosage.
I just have always frontloaded the Clomid to start with a bang. But like you said i like both PCTs also.

Everyone busts my balls for running low dose test E cycles, but I like it. 300Mg/10Weeks will produce modest gains with zero side effects. Rock on man! People should be giving you an applause for not pinning 1000Mg per week for your first cycle. Im glad to see people using....not abusing.
Thanks man! I was going to run 500mg but my new trainer who has been training for years on AAS said start at 300mg and so far it has been great. I have gained 9lbs, no bloat and my bf dropped about .5-.75 which is not not much but means I'm not packing on fat weight. Been eating 3 eggs with a cup of oats in the morning, 2 Greek yogurts, 2 cans of albacore, 1.5 lbs of chicken and 3 shakes a day and seeing great gains already.
