    Gonna need serious cardio after today

    I am an exec chef of a steak house and tonight in our down town area, they are having a crab cake cook off. Which they asked me to be a judge at. So there will be minimum 25 different restaurants that will be show casing their dish and I have to try each an everyone. Lol. Doesn't sound to bad for most.

    Just started my cycle. Diet has been spot on, haven't cheated in over a month.

    There will be tons of wine matching up with all this too.

    Hard being a chef and staying good on diet.

    if you were serious about your diet you would become bulimic and throw it all up after.

    dont worry about it dude. this is what i ate monday and part of tuesday and im GTG..

    15 pieces of banana bread
    25 (or so) homemade choc chip cookies
    2big bowls of cereal
    macdonalds sausage egg cheese biscuit
    hashbrown
    whole rack baby back ribs
    fries
    sweet tea
    footlong sub
    4 big pieces carrot cake (got in my veggies )
    4 sausages and 2 apple cinnamon brn sugar oats (prepackaged crap!)
    chic fil a sandwich and fries and large sweet tea
    triple scoop (pralines and cream, coconut) ice cream from baskin robbins in waffle bowl
    another big bowl cereal

    a bit worse than a few crab cakes!

    Dude don't worry about a real slip or big time cheat day...well your body is conditioned to process the food in a more efficient way and ...well your only going to absorb so much fat and pass the rest.

    yeh it was awesome guys! all out gorge fest for 36 hrs or so.. needless to say the first couple days back on my diet (300g pro, 65g carb(green veg only)) was not much of a problem!
