Clenbuterol/ketotifen of Ar-r is liquid so Am I better to buy a syringes(its oral I know but I can shoot it in my mouth) with that so i could be able to take the exact amount of what I want??

Any one have better idea??

no, you just drink it. mix it with water, juice, ect.

It usually comes with one if you are in the US, if not go to a local pharmacy and pick you up a oral syringe like you would give a baby medicine with. Good luck

As I said, you can use a syringe. But us cools guys in the know, simply use a 1 ml dropper
