when do you guys take your armidex?

Ive normally been taking my armidex after dinner, before bed. I ran out and now have liquidex from ar... but noticed it gives me a headache when i wake up in the morning. Im going to start taking it when i first wake up. Anyone else experience this? Or do you guys have a different protocol for dosing times? Im taking .25mg eod, im a lucky one and not prone to gyno

I take it in the morning. But it doesn't really matter. some folks like to take it 24 hours after injection.

I take most things in the morning with my breakfast. Timing should not be much of an issue as long as you stay relatively consistent

I take mine first thing in morning. Haven't really had too much of a headache when taking it.

arimidex affects me pretty strongly (though no headache yet) so i don't take it at night because i'll be miserable the next day. i take it with lunch so that by the time any of the negative sides start creeping up i'm ready to crash out for the night anyway. i also take it on the day before a day off from the gym, for the same reasons.
