Hey, I need some help here. Im 6 foot 3 and about 210 lbs. 22 yrs old. I was really skinny around 175 lbs at 6 foot 3. I did a sust/deca cycle and went up to 225 lbs in 10 weeks. I lift often. Now I have been trying to lose the fat that I gained during the cycle. So i've lost around 15 lbs changing my diet, doing cardio, and an ECA stack. I am having a hard time with the rest of the weight and want my 6 pack back before summer comes. I am still not as big as I want to be so, if I could add muscle while lowering my BF that would be ideal. I have done a lot of research and I just wish I could find someone that would say this is what you need to do.
I found a couple cutting cycles but don't know if they will help gain some muscle mass? Deca/Clen/T3? Primo/Deca/Win/T3? Win/Deca? Prop/Tren? Not sure what to do so if anyone has any input, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
