    My First Cycle! Need Tips

    This is my first cycle. I've been doing some research, posted a few times and got some help from the users. I just need help with dosages and times of my PCT

    Week-Testosterone
    1 500mg
    2 500mg
    3 500mg
    4 500mg
    5 500mg
    6 500mg
    7 500mg
    8 500mg
    9 500mg
    10 500mg

    12 500mg
    13
    14 Nolvadex ---------------Clomid ---------------------Proviron
    15 40mg Every Day-------50mg Every Day----------50mg Every Day
    16 40mg Every Day-------50mg Every Day----------50mg Every Day
    17 20mg Every Day-------50mg Every Day----------50mg Every Day

    Can you post the following:

    Age.
    Weight.
    Height.
    Body Fat Percentage (Most important, please do not skip this one)
    Years of experience at the gym.
    Your goals for this cycle.

    which one do you recommend for my Test E Cycle? also can someone help with my PCT dosages? Im still a bit confused by the Clomid dosage especially

    I'm going to be going with 70/35/35/35 for clomid. I've heard differing opinions that say as high as 100/50/50/50, but honestly there are people here who can answer that much better than I can.

    Research hcg. I would recommend it early on and right up until a few days before pct, 250ius 2x/week.

    Nolva 40/20/20/20. Clomid 100/50/50/50. 14 days after last pin.

    Liquidex .25mg eod unless you need more.

    What's the diet like?

    2 large whole eggs

    8 egg whites or 25g whey protein

    1 cup oats





    Meal 2 (this is post workout meal)

    50g whey

    1 whole white bagel


    Meal 3

    8oz lean beef of your choice (weighed cooked)

    1 cups brown rice

    1 cup salad

    ½ tablespoon olive oil


    Meal 4

    8oz lean chicken breast OR 8oz ground turkey

    8oz sweet potato

    1 cup salad



    Meal 5

    8oz lean beef OR ground turkey weighed cooked

    1 cups brown rice




    Meal 6

    8oz lean beef of your choice OR 3 cups cottage cheese or non-fat greek yogurt

    1 cup salad

    If I were you I would look at the FITNESS and NUTRITION FORUM read what you can about macros. Maybe you already have and 3J is really nice. It helped me out a lot
    You say you’re using 500mg a week is that 250mg twice a week?

    Im not using, still planning for my first cycle. planning on 250mg twice a week.
