    Red face Albuterex for women?

I'm considering buying a tub of albuterex but I just wanted to know if it was safe for women to take?
I'm 18 and weigh around 48kg so I was wondering if it would be safe?
I'm struggling to lose a few last kilos and i have issues toning.

    Adviceeee & opinions please!

    48kg.....
U must be near transparent! Lol,
But in all seriousness, they just created a new "albuterex femme", so their is a girl version + the normal version.
My girlfriend is currently on it and she loves it.
Start with half a scoop for a week just to test ur tolerance

I would make sure your nutrition is on point because that will determine your fat loss way more than albuterex. But as far as a stimulant goes I think it would be ok.

Maybe post up your diet regime in the nutrition section for critique. You'll be surprised how much we can help

So you're only eating 3 times per day?

I would go for 1 whole egg with 3-5 whites and replace bread which is a processed carb with an unprocessed carb eg. oats.

You need to go into more detail with diet. Calculate TDEE, count all your macro's and form a plan where you are eating more than 3 times per day to keep your metabolism high. Go to the nutrition section and read the sticky's. There is much to learn here.
