I've heard you should wait until you're in your thirties to start growth hormone, is this true?

I think it's to make sure your growth plates are closed because it can fck you up if they aren't (if I'm not mistaken) sometimes when younger guys take it it can mess up your jawline and make you misproportioned. But once your growth plates close you're good to go.Originally Posted by hyphy_beast
Hmmm and what age does that generally happen?Originally Posted by red_hulk
Generally close between 18-23yrs.. Some preach the latter to be safe. Comes down to your motivation and reason to use it. It's not for a "let's try this" kinda vibe! It's an investment, you need very adequate knowledge and understanding (to say the least) about the action of HGH, your natural secretion, timing of shots, dosing protocol bla bla bla! Once you know the science behind it and the investment involved and potential outcome you will know if you fit the bill for use or not, TRUST... Learning about it beyond learning about it will lead you to a decision it's no clean and cut do or don't.
I studied it backwards and started using in my mid 20's on a regular basis (not advising, just personal)... With slin and IGF protocols attached in and around my HGH lengths in the years after. Results were beyond amazing.
Ya I know it's not really for amateurs and is quite an investment to do right. I'm only researching. I'm a ways out from running it myself. Thank youOriginally Posted by mmgearworks

Any time! Don't let people put you off the use with over conservative statements... They bullshit! You right IT'S NOT FOR NEWBIES, but if you in it and you studied it like the back of your hands and you have good muscle behind you, knowledge and progression on your side then give it a go and do it proper!
Why do you want to run growth for? goals etc
I don't at this time. Just intrigued by it and want to learn more about it. I'm years away from ever possibly running growth my dudeOriginally Posted by marcus300

Maybe concentrate on the areas what will give you gains rather than something what is years away, but read this thread on hgh it will tell you everything you want to know and more http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...one-interested
I think its better for people atleast over 25 maybe even 35.
AAS will bring you more for now.
"More" doesn't quantify anything in terms of beneficial effects... Will AAS yield more results in muscle at any age? YES! That's not what it comes down to when considering GH IMO.
I have been. I was just trying to satisfy my curiosity. Thanks for the article that's exactly what I was looking for. I'm just really interested in the whole bodybuilding lifestyle. I get bored at work and read up on new compounds all the time. Just trying to educate myselfOriginally Posted by marcus300
