It looks like an infection or abscess, go to the dr and get some antibiotics. Good luck.

Well..I am no Doc but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express. I highly doubt that symptoms of an infection would show up this early. My guess is a reaction or irratation. Can you feel the gear in there?

I'd go now. The longer you wait the worse an abscess can get and antibiotics may not be as effective, ie. wait long enough and they'll have to drain it or cut it out.

I can feel the gear its solid like every were I shoot my gear how the meat gets tough at the shot spot well that the way this feels.

No. I thought he was saying it hurt when he pinned it but that more time had gone by. It could be infected but it would take more time for an abscess to form imo.

Even an infection wouldn't show in 5 minutes like he said this showed up. Only a reaction of some sort be it allergic or otherwise would appear that quick!
Op...heat it and take some antihystamine.
Keep a close eye on it and see if it gets worse or better in the next 24 hours

Ok bro and just some more info about it I have used this Dbol 2 weeks in a row I usually take 1 1/2 CC this time I shot 2 1/2 CC with a 20 Gauge Im an electrician so I work with a tool belt on and it was rubbing on my leg all day its not sore it doesnt hurt just feels hot and hard like a piece of leather.

Injecting liquid Dbol?? I remember seeing "Reforvit B" which was liquid dbol....I think it was made by QV. It was definantly for.oral use....not to be injected.
Is the liquid dbol you have water based? Usually things that are water based can be injected,or ingested. The only problem with H2o soluble drugs is that they can have a higher affinity to harboring bacteria. Maybe the gear was tainted? Or maybe you're just not supposed to be injecting the stuff!?
I'd go to the doctor. I work in surgery,and have seen some pretty gnarly infections come in. You definantly dont want to have it lysed or have a surgical debridement performed!! Ouch!
I do agree that if it happened as fast as you said it did, its got to be some sort of allergic histamine response. None the less....get it checked out

He never said it looked like that 5 min after injection just that it hurt within 5 min.
I'm no dr and don't know the exact times it takes different types of bacteria to cause or show signs of infection but if I had a spot that looked like his from an IM injection my ass would be going to the dr.

Sgt Hartman I think your advice is good im a single father of 2 boys so I have medicaid meaning my medical is free I work for my brother so ill tell him I need to take off just a lil bit early to goto the hospital and get it checked out I rather be safe then sorry if he ask what it was ill say I was using Vitamin B12 Shots the doc that is.

DO you have a pic of the dbol. some of the liquid Dbol or orals are only suspended and not ment for injction. i wonder if thats the cause.
but thats looks like an infection comming quick to me. if in a day or 2 more its like that or worse id go to ER.
