    Snacks! Please Read.

Hey guys, I posted my diet and even though I didn't get much help, Im confident Im on the right track with it. My question is what if I can eat a meal at that time? Can I buy anything at a deli for example to eat instead of that meal? Protein Bars? Muscle Milk? Yogurt? What do you guys think?

ps Im asking because my jobs may prevent me from eating the right food at the right times once in a while.

Though not always best, protein shakes or bars may be a good meal replacement. Whole food is better but sometimes you are in a jam.

Protein bars are full of sugar and fat so i would be careful with them. But keep in mind the occasional sandwich will not kill you. Just dont make it a regular habit.

It is not hard on most jobs to carry a small lunchbox with prepared food. I do this everyday for the times i have classes and on days i work.

Post up your diet again if you still feel it could be improved or if you're unsure of anything. I've received loads of good help from this forum, so you prob just posted at a bad time!

Fully agree with noles about the protein bars, stay clear of them. Also invest in a load of Tupperware and precook food for times when you are pushed.

Don't sweat about missing a meal every now and again. Your not gonna shrivel up to nothing or get cancer because you don't eat for 6 hours!!!

Relax brother I'm not cycling, and if you read carefully I said I didn't reply because I was still learning how to use the forum. I can't even see my previous posts, I have to look for them individually in each section. Now, do you have any tips/help for me?

Click on your username on the top right of the screen, now on the left hand side it should say previous posts and previous threads started.

Below the 'buy steroids' banner, there is a mini tool bar with 5 options. Click on 'thread tools' and subscribe to thread. This way you will be emailed when any thread is updated/replied to. Just check you emails every now.n again this way.

When I click on my username it says 'you do not have permission to access this page', I assume that has to do with post count?
