Time on + pct = time off

I've asked that question on here a few times. Same answer every time...Time Off = Time On + PCT. Basically if you ran gear for 12 weeks, and 4 weeks of PCT then you should stay off for 16 weeks.

Don't forget the 2 weeks between cycle and PCT

Time on cycle +pct = time off.But that can depend on blood test being ok.

MINIMUMrule of thumb is (time on+PCT=time off)

This is the minimum and I would consider getting BW done between cycles!

Listen to your body and bloods not a set rule of thumb... Rule of thumb Cycle+PCT = time off, yea great and maybe a nice guideline to stop peeps from jumping on a new cycle after a week, but all that matters is the success of your bodies recovery in relation to stabilization of levels seen in your bloods! As important is a sound evaluation of your need for the AAS in relation to how your progression is going with diet, training etc... Can be longer and can be less fixed rule has no scientific sense.
