Hi guys, i`m 22 years old, currently ~176 pounds, 6ft. I would like someone to criticize my current diet plan. My aim - to gain weight.
~The Diet~
Morning:
1. Oats + 10 oz milk
2. Protein shake
3. Fish oil
Snack:
1. Chicken breast
2. Rice
3. 10 oz milk
Lunch/30min before workout
2 bananas
Post-Workout
1. Protein shake + 1 banana in the gym just after workout
2. Chicken breast just as i get home
Snack:
1. Tuna
Dinner:
1. 5 egg whites
2. 10 oz milk
Pre-bed Snack:
2 packs of Curd
I heard that it is not good to eat carbs after 4-5pm ,dunno if its true or not.
