Height:179cm
Bodyfat % is around 17-18 percent
Looking to get my body fat to around 13% or 14% before i start my first cycle, i want to ease into it but want to maintain as much muscle as possible and lose as much fat to low my bf.
My diet plan is kinda all over the shop so id like to get a complete new one that would incorporate 6PM-6:30PM Workouts. Would also like to keep the shakes to about 3 a day (Not sure if this is bad or not).
