I'd swap the almonds to later in the day, preferably before bed with the cot cheese. ( the steak and cot cheese will be slow releasing, but the almonds early in the day would slow down the digestion of carbs) just how I would do it.
    what about veg?
    When do you workout?

I thought carbs before bad wasn't a good idea for lean bulk?. I try throw vegetables in my meals during day and usually swap between salad and veg for dinner.

I workout mid afternoon I eat yoghourt and muesli before and add protein shake and a piece of fruit after

I didn't mention anything about carbs before bed. The almonds early in the day (meal 2) would be digesting for a long period of time delaying the other carbs your eating. It's nothing major in the scheme of things, just something I personally shoukdnt do.

Carbs before bed could help protein synthesis, but excessive carbs could lead to gaining fat. But a point of view from a few experienced guys in here is, as long as your hitting your daily macros, it's not gona matter which was round you consume it.

No worries man, I'm just sitting at work bored!

Just another point, 30% fat is slightly high. Maybe drop this to 20% and add the remaining cals to carbs and/or protein. See how your diet fairs tho, n if you're gaining a bit too much fat switch it up.
