face removed for obvious reasons, i 9 point calipered at 3.7% bodyfat although i have no idea how accurate that was. I have since deicded to compete in bodybuilding, in the competition i was in i was the largest and leanest and dryest, and still only managed 4th out of 9. I have also reboudned hard from the show which was only last weekend and gained approx 25-30 pounds, but i need to gain some more before my next prep for bodybuilding. one of the pictures is a panormaic, interesting to see which competitor stands out very obviously.
