Not much to go on from your post! Would you care to elaborate? Lol
    Stats
    Age, weight, height, BF%,
    training program.
Diet plan, inc macros. And also macros split. ( calories split % wise between protein/carb/fat. I.e 60/20/20)

1500 cals high protein low carb isn't really specific.

    where are your veggies?

    poptarts over oatmeal?

if you wanna look good, u cant be too picky. and you have to avoid milk and processed sugars like poptarts.

Get rid of the starchy potato and replace it with a sweet potato. Those 2 potatoes equal a shit load of carbs once they break down. and how many scoops doesnt mean much if we dont know what you are using, stick to the nutritional info on the container, that will help people help you. Mix your protein with water, not milk. poptarts? Really? processed sugar, preservatives, carbs on top of carbs, plus no positive nutritional value. Think egg whites. Also think about switching it up so that the bulk of your protein comes from foods, not shakes. And unless you are talking some super lean beef, personally id stay away from it and keep to chicken and fish.

Terrible diet especially when on a cycle!! You need to get your diet correctly set up. That's including a calorie range that will work for you! Do you know what your maintenance cals are??
If you are planning this cycle, I'd put it off until your diet is incheck. If you've started the cycle u either need to get ya diet sorted asap, or start pct and carry on the cycle at a later date. (have you got pct ready)
You need a good solid diet to get the results, and also to keep the results after your cycle finishes. If not, all/ if any of your gains will dwindle away then you'll be back to where you were before! With possible negative effects on your body!

I saw pop tart and instantly

Seriously- Paul- how old are you?

You need to find your TDEE, I'd do it for you real quick but you didn't post your age! Your diet needs serious work. Start yesterday.

Just eat chicken, shrimp, and lean beef, with veggies and cheese 4 x a day. Oats with egg whites in the morning, and a protein shake with a good fat like flax oil or almonds. Do this while you research what your TDEE is and put together a daily meal plan on an ultra urgent basis.

And..... ya, if you haven't started your gear yet then hold off until you get your diet planned out. When I first learned I ate the same thing every day for a month at time. You just need one meal plan to get going and start learning.
