I want you to note the intensity of here training, she trains hard and heavy and that is key for anyone.... When your trying to build muscle this is essential... You train with weights to build muscle... You do your cardio to burn calories/ body fat....
Even in a lot of these videos that I am posting you will see girls training with high reps in the 15-25 rep range... This is simply not going to build muscle which is what your goal should be so learn from DLB, train hard, train intense and build some muscle.... People get results despite of what they do, not always because of what they do if u get what I mean...
