so i was told to go on here and ask for help on my diet considering i was pretty much all wrong about it.
im about to start a tren/test cycle for 12 weeks. im 5'9'' 195lbs little under 12%bf.
my goal after these 12 weeks is 220ish with the same amount of bodyfat.. technically lowering the percentage.
can anyone give me some nutrition tips? i asssumed lean meats pasta and protein shakes would get me there
