    diet question

    so i was told to go on here and ask for help on my diet considering i was pretty much all wrong about it.

    im about to start a tren/test cycle for 12 weeks. im 5'9'' 195lbs little under 12%bf.

    my goal after these 12 weeks is 220ish with the same amount of bodyfat.. technically lowering the percentage.

    can anyone give me some nutrition tips? i asssumed lean meats pasta and protein shakes would get me there

    all input is appreciated

    25lbs of muscle in 3 months is most likely not going to happen unless it's your first cycle. Also, your diet will vary depending on activity level and your body. Sounds like you want to do it clean. So, lean meats, and brown rice/sweet potatoes, almonds or omegas for your fats, and of course, greens. Amounts of each you will have to determine.
