4-7% is a very ambitious goal and i think for now u may wanna focus on getting to 10-12% and then re-evaluate. its gonna take a difft method to get to where ur talking about (more than likely). i am in the process of trying to figure out just how to do that. i started last year at 26% and have managed to get down to 12%(ish) rite now. once u get where im at (especially for an previously fat guy) it gets a lot harder and the game changes.
