    I work out almost everyday, slack on the cardio but just started it back up, i'm looking to try CLEN

    is ar-r a legit site to buy this stuff

    and corresponding with height and weight how much should i take a day, i've researched A LOT on this product and i know you should use it for 2 weeks and get off for two weeks.

    Yes they are a good site. Its a sponsor here. Next you need to research first and understand what/how clen works. Diet and cardio and what makes the big difference.

    Hi, First of all welcome on the site.

    And I wish you good luck with clen I'm the same stats as you and I'm starting clen in 3 weeks. and i was planning to to 20-40-60-80-100(Increase the dose when the side are bearable.)

    Also at your second 2 weeks of clen i would recommend to restart to 20 mcg. (some say start higher than the last time) Because it's your first time better be safe on that... it's a powerful stimulant so it may be a bit less efficient but for the safety of your heart I think it worth it.

    And don't forget to buy taurine too. And yes Ar-r is 100% legit.

    tuesday-40 mcg
    wednesday-60 mcg
    thursday-80 mcg
    friday- 100 mcg

    and then start back up the second week at 20?

    has anyone else tried this product and tell me what they did different and how their results were

    a bottle of this stuff cost 59.99

    i would need 3 bottles to complete that 2 week cycle, are there any alternatives? maybe finish the two week cycle with one bottle?

    You will not need 3bottles. Its mcg's. It will last you a long time.

    Start at 20mcgs and increase 20mcgs each day until sides are to much or you reach 120mcgs. 2wks on/off is good starting out. Increase water intake and take tourine pills. Also have pass. pills on hand just in case you cramp.

    so if im starting at 20 mcg's and increase 20 mcg's each day it will take me 6 days to reach 120 mcg. so then what do i do for my 7th day and the second week?
    First week:
    monday- 20mcg
    tuesday-40 mcg
    wednesday-60 mcg
    thursday-80 mcg
    friday- 100 mcg
    saturday- 120
    Sunday?

    SEcond week?

    you stay at 120mcg daily until the end of your second weeks after redo that 2 weeks later

    Dont do this unless the sides are bearable. What he meant was to do what t-dogg said. Start at 20mcg's (0.1ml from AR-R) and increase by this amount each day if the sides are bearable.
    As in:
    day 1 - 20mcg (0.1ml)
    day 2 - 40mcg (0.2ml) (assess yourself are the sides too much, are they not there, do you feel them but can tolerate it well)

    based on your answers to that then you may increase or stay the same for the next day, and then repeat this each day until you reach a maximum of 120mcg a day. never go past that, especially on your first run. I just started a clen cycle yesterday

    Yeah just ordered today, hope it works. Are you just trying clen by itself? because thats all i ordered. hoping that will do the fat burning trick

    Your diet and cardio is the trick. Clen is just alittle extra bonus.

    No I am on a cycle of test/tren/mast and just started the clen as a plus

    ar-r is great, their Clen is legit and they ship very fast.

    This works for me:
    day 1-3 = 40
    day 4-6 = 80
    day 7-10 = 100 or 120 depending on how u feel

    Then cut back down and take two weeks off. Hope you are on a strict diet or its a waste of money

    when should i take it? meaning should i take morning, day, night, before a workout?
    and is it okay to take a protein shake throughout my day?
