First sust pin hurts and fever!

Guys I had my first sust 250 inj last night, the pain started light then spiked at midnight while asleep accompanied by fever. I feel somewhat fine now with medium pain and no fever.

Any ideas?

First of all you have entered a foreign compound into your body so your body is acting naturally,
!
1) you jabbed a piece of metal into your muscle, its going to hurt the first few x
2) your body is on the defensive until it realizes its not under attack by this new compound, you may exp, elevated temp (1-2 degrees) rapid, heart beat(add 10 beats per min) theses are normall sign of using a good compound for the first time.
NOw if you are getting sick, or the injection site looks infected you may have crappy gear

This is my first cycle after 12 years.

The inj site is all natural, no swelling, no infection, not hot, just a lump.

Btw my doctor/trainer suggested that next time I mix sust with deca in one syringe and try.
My cycle is
week 1 to 12 - sust @ 500 ew (250 twice)
week 1 to 10 - deca @ 300 ew
week 1 to 12 - dex @ .25 EOD
week 1 to 12 - HCG @ 500iu ew (250 twice)
week 6 to 12 - var @ 80mg ED
2 weeks off
PCT clomid 100/50/50/50 and novla 40/20/20/20

cycle is looking good. Sounds like normal PIP especially since it has been so many years since your last cycle.

Cycle looks pretty solid dude, what kind of lump, r we talking you can feel a slight lump under the skin, or you have a marble size lump above the skin.
2 things where did you inject and what size needle did you use, but so far everything sound quit normal... so relaxe these lumps will subsided on there own as your body absorbs the compound and oil. unless for some reason you did not go deep enough IM, then it would be a waste of gear and take longer to subside. I think your good though.

It's definitely not SubQ, I used 1.5" 23g needle. I don't have fever but I still feel the pain :/
Is there a cream that I can use?

I injected in the glutes, right cheek upper outer part

No cream, just grin and bare it, it will get better, just make sure to rotate inj sites.

I would be a bit concerned, but not overly. Sounds like an abscess to me. If your gear is pharmaceutical grade, you need to be very careful to keep the injection site perfectly sterile. This means making sure that they entire area is cleaned with alcohol before you inject. It is not a bad idea to clean the vials with alcohol before inserting the needle to draw the gear. I use two needles- one to draw and then a new one to inject.

I stopped using the 1.5" needles and switched to 1" needles.

As some members have suggested earlier, in spite of all this, it just happens sometimes. It should go away in a few days.

Some years ago I bough non-pharmaceutical grade gear. It was effective, but I got the abscesses and pretty sever pain every injection. This is an indicator that there is something in the gear that is not quite clean (not that it is ineffective). If that turns out to be the case with you, you will need to do your own cost benefit calculation. In my case, I just continued the cycle and took the pain. Looked at it as a prolonged trip to the dentist!

My first ever injection was Sus and i got super light headed, couldent stand, fealt very nauseous and puked. I had to sit down for 10 minutes with a fan pointing at me, and I wasent even really scared of needles just nerves. Next one was 100% fine no problems at all. Just a shocker to your body i think

Well to update you guys, I had my second sustanon shot a couple of days back. No fever and the pain is reasonable, so I guess the issue maybe due to virgin muscle or may sterilization.
