1. If you are asking how to train, you haven't been training long enough to be ready for any cycle. Training and nutrition need a commitment for at least 12-24 solid months (longer IMO) before steroids are even part of your vocabulary.

5. Strength gains and size are about 20% training, 80% nutrition. Have you put any thought into your nutrition? Don't say your nutrition is good/great. Everyone says that. Most people have a very poor nutrition plan.
You are a very long way off from steroids.
