Ok so trying to bulk up for the first time and trying to add plenty of fats to my diet problem is I don't like fish and I'm trying to avoid nuts because I have no self control with them. I eat way too much of em. So can I stick to my low fat diet I'm accustomed to and add fats from omega fish pills? Can I get enough fats from those?
Avocado is part of my diet but I couldn't eat it everyday for all my pro/fat meals
