Hey guys: Macro Check! Need a little help!

Hey guys I've been around here for a while, always lurking but lately I think that I have perfected my diet towards my goals. My goal is a slow lean bulk. I have been carb cycling. This is geared towards a leaner bulk since I am keeping carbs a bit higher because I am VERY lean already. My stats are:22,180lbs,6'1, sub 10%.
    ^^^^^^^
    -High=280-300g BACK
    -Med=220-230g CHEST
    -Low=175-180g DELTS/TRAPS
    -High=280-300g LEGS
    -Med=220-230g ARMS
    -Low=150-175g FIX DAY
    -Low.=150-175g REST DAY
    -Repeat-

    * I train very high volume, with a minimum of 60 sec rest between sets. I also do many drop sets and giant sets. My cardio is None atm because I find when adding it, I get wayyyy to skinny.*

The reason im posting this is because I am having a hard time figuring out my macros correctly. Each time I try to figure them, I fail... Lol any help would be great!!

Thanks in advance. You guys are definitely a great help.

I was curious to see how many calories I should be eating per day. Right now I am around 2700-3000 between my Low-High days. All protein comes from chicken, egg whites, whey. And carbs only complex from oats and brown rice/sweet potato. I just can't figure out the numbers correctly my math is always off. I feel pretty dumb!

Do you need to figure out your TDEE?

Lbm x 15 = TDEE. (if your fairly active, weights 5+ times a week and a few cardio sessions)
Lbm x 14 = TDEE (if your not as active as above.)

    180lbs 10% BF = 162lbm.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but which way you're setting the high, medium and low days. I'd have the medium day at your TDEE and then deduct the difference for the low days and add the extra for high days.

Would you not fair better with a straight bulk but only adding 200-300 extra cals rather than the normally 500+. If you handle carbs well you may not gain too much extra fat, and if you are just burn it off with some cardio.

Hope this helps, if not Post back up.
