Hey guys/ladies. New to anabolics just getting ready to drop some weight and possibly look into doing a cycle afterwards, found this site looking to get some good info and facts on what to do and what NOT to do. All info and criticsm is accepted lol. Im looking to drop 15 pounds or possibly twenty then build a lean frame not really going for size but a lean more athletic look with a little bit of mass. I wont be doing any competitions its more of a self esteem thing for me look good feel good more or less. If you got any tips im open like i said im a NOOB baste me!!
